COACH BIO
My journey in martial arts began as a kid in karate, but it was that first punch to the face in an MMA gym that changed everything. That moment didn't just shift my focus from karate to mixed martial arts—it forged the foundation of who I would become.
As a professional fighter, I learned that true strength isn't about avoiding adversity—it's about meeting it head-on with discipline and purpose and enjoying it. The cage taught me that both victory and defeat are both temporary, but the character you build in pursuit of excellence endures.
Over the years, I've opened and successfully run two martial arts gym locations. Complete Control Martial Arts represents the culmination of that experience—a place built on the principle that mastery comes through consistent action.
Here, we don't just teach techniques—we forge athletes through deliberate practice and commitment. Whether you're taking your first step onto the mats or you're a seasoned fighter refining your craft, the path remains the same: show up, do the work, embrace the process.
What drives me is simple: helping people discover what they're truly capable of when they stop making excuses and start taking responsibility. I've watched shy kids develop unshakeable confidence, stressed adults find clarity through discipline, and ordinary people achieve extraordinary things through persistent effort.
My approach is direct—I meet you where you are, provide the tools you need, and create an environment where growth is inevitable for those willing to earn it. Martial arts isn't just about fighting—it's about building the mental fortitude to face whatever life puts in front of you.
That's what Complete Control represents, and that's the path I'm here to walk with you
TURNING POINT
My turning point wasn't just one moment—it was a series of realizations that shaped who I am today. The first came early: as soon as I started excelling in martial arts, I knew coaching was my calling. Nothing beats watching someone break through their own barriers and discover what they're truly capable of.
Then came the wake-up call—literally. Walking into a new gym and taking my first real punch to the face made me realize karate wasn't enough. That moment shifted everything toward MMA, opening up a whole new world of possibilities.
But the biggest turning point? Recognizing this could be more than just a passion project. I saw how martial arts transformed not just bodies, but minds and lives. That's when Complete Control stopped being a hobby and became my mission—to create a space where people don't just get stronger physically, but mentally too.
And here's what I didn't expect: some of my greatest moments now come from developing other coaches. Helping people help people? That's when you know you've found something special.
MY MOTIVATION
I have one motivation at CCMA: helping you become who you're meant to be. I've built Complete Control as a proving ground where transformation isn't just possible—it's inevitable for those who commit to the process.
Whether you walk through these doors as a complete beginner or you're already competing at the highest levels, the goal remains the same: relentless improvement. Every athlete deserves coaching that meets them at their potential, not their current limitations.
I measure my success not by my own achievements, but by the champions I help forge—and I don't just mean those who win trophies. True champions are made in the daily grind, in the moments when you choose discipline over comfort, growth over stagnation.
My commitment is simple: I will never stop evolving as a coach, refining every method, and perfecting every process that stands between you and your best self. Because when you stop improving, you start declining—and that's not acceptable for either of us.
The path to becoming a champion starts with a single decision: to demand more from yourself than anyone else ever will. I'm here to make sure you have everything you need to walk that path
